For Standard Shipping orders, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey with DHL or FedEx. Free Shipping via EMS doesn’t include tracking, but you’ll receive confirmation when your order is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging

How long do refunds take?

Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like. This helps us process your request more quickly.
