During peak seasons, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

For international orders, any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’d like an estimate of potential fees.

For Standard Shipping orders, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey with DHL or FedEx. Free Shipping via EMS doesn’t include tracking, but you’ll receive confirmation when your order is on its way.

We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

• In original condition with tags attached
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original packaging

Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank, but typically takes 3-10 additional business days.

Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like. This helps us process your request more quickly.
